Okonomiyaki

Tonight I've finally made an Okonomiyaki!! This is one of my favourite Japanese dish that I always want to eat, however, not many restaurants are serving this dish for some reason. Okonomiyaki means 'cook as you like', it's definetly not a difficult dish to make, because there's ready mix powder available in the supermarket nowadays, so I only need to mix the powder with water and eggs to make the batter, then add cabbage, green onion, favourite seafood or meat, then pan fried and spread japanese mayonnaise and pancake sauce, and sprinkle dried bonito fish flakes when ready to serve.
